  • A 4” interior plant, potting soil, DIY paint a pot, name tag, access to “members only” online care guide for your specific plant and instructions on potting. Extra promotional surprises.

  • All orders are shipped out the the last week of each month to arrive the beginning of the next month. We ship via USPS for all orders. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

    You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

  • No, we like to mix it up! You may receive a plant in the same family, but the variety will always be different.

    Your plants are thoughtfully hand picked based on the amount of care they need, so you can continue to expand your plant knowledge and confidence growing your green space.

  • We ship all orders out the last week of each month. If you sign up the last week of the month you will receive your box the following month.

    Month to Month Example: If you sign up January 29th, you will receive your first box 3-5 days from the last week of February.

  • Yes, you will have access to a membership portal to edit your account at anytime.

  • Aloha ʻĀina Nursery does not accept returns, but we guarantee that every plant will be packaged with love, arrive healthy, and ready to be cared for. With that being said we understand sometimes our boxes get damaged in delivery. Please document a photo or two immediately upon delivery and email to AlohaAinaNurseryTX@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Box". (We can not guarantee your plant if we receive your "Damaged Box" email the following day or more from delivery.)

    We will review and reply promptly with a decision to make your order right.

    Please note: Boxes contain perishable items and must be opened the same day as delivered to ensure a happy healthy plant.

    1. Log into your account.

    2. Click Account in the navigation menu.

    3. Click Memberships or Subscriptions, then click the membership or subscription you want to change.

    4. In Settings, click Payment method.

    5. Click Update payment method, then select a saved payment method or click Add new payment method to enter a new payment method.

    6. Click Save.

    1. Click Sign in to log into your account.

    2. Click Account, then click Profile.

    3. Click your current email address.

    4. In the New field, enter the new email address. 

    5. In the Confirm new field, enter the new email address again.

    6. Click Save.
